Paper Plane Project

 Today, 

My classmates and I partnered up and made a paper plane.  We all had unique different type of planes.  My type of plane was pointy and quite long. I had plenty of options but I selected this type of plane because in tutorials the plane was smooth flying and had far distance .  The nose ending of my plane was squashed sadly.

Although the plane I tried to make wasn’t in perfect condition, the plane did fly very far which made me get to short number scores! 

You may be wondering how did I get short number of scores? Even though the places we touched was far from each other. I felt the direction of the wind and tried to throw the plane from where the wind was swooshing because I know the wind would give the plane more strength to fly. 

I threw pretty roughly from what I remembered and I did get a good result to it though. 

It definitely felt like a competition because my classmates tried to make our plane fly farer and faster. But as the course completed, I had so much fun!

It was indeed a hectic course!

Reflection - Coordinates

 Today, with my classmates I have recently learnt on how to work out coordinates.
I think it would be useful to use because my teacher told me it would be a big help to high school days.
In my opinion I think the positions/ angles is the most important. 

At first I didn't quite get the learning by as time went by I got everything right ! Paitence is a path to success. 

Experiance At Pools

Unfortuantely I didn't swim.  But I will explain the amount of fun my classmates were having. It took place at Massey Papakura. 

I think the most difficult challenge they had to face today was jumping off in a 2.0m deep pool. I was very much proud of my friends facing their fears. The most enojoyable event thtat happen was jumping. From my view I think that the trainers have a fun way of making swimming amazingly fun. The acitivities looked difficult but I know it would help us in the future one day in the ocean .  The feeling of watching them was dreadfully boring but seeing people was actually quite interesting.

It was funny when their hair was messed up but I was the rescuer and told them about their hair. I did see that they were put into groups . I don't think I would swim because I don't even want to face my fears and jump off . I might even drown! But one day I know I would jump off the clip.

Kiwican

 What I learnt At Kiwican?On thursday, My class and I had kiwican and we were learning about emotions. Through out the learning process I learnt that understanding other people emotions are difficult. 

They speak frm experience. The quote of the week is “never give up and try your best”, which also means resilience. 

I believe that we could all be determined by setting a goal for us.

I have realised recently that I been interested on books thats involved with facts. So I would like to work on fiction books .

Profile (FOR MY BLOG)

Measurement. ( Converting into cm's)

 What I have learnt is converting mm, m, g, into cm's. 

I have a chart that helps me and remind me what to do. 

So if I had to convert 5m into cm's, I would mutiply by 100 so 5x100=500.

The answer would be 500, but is it right? NO, because at the end of the number you always say the end of it. So its 500cm 

Sea life ( Kelly Tarlton Auckland )

 Sea Life Adventure Objects. 

Today I had a fantastic experience with these 2 people with works at SEA LIFE presented us with amazing animal parts.

What I really liked sharked eggs because I gained a knowledge about it.

I didn’t even know that existed! The edges was formed like a wavy pattern and was decent black. The feel of the shark eggs was soft and rubbery at the same time.

The feeling was amazingly weird but entertaining.

For the first week of school, our teacher started sentences with us and my class had to finish it off and our assigned time to finish the sentence was 3 minutes and under. These two sentences were my favourite out of all of them.
