    WOW! I'm so impressed with your great effort Ema, you've posted lots over the weekend and blasted through so many activities. Regular exercise and eating fruits are great steps to stay healthy. Playing physical games that get you to move around a lot are great fun too. What kind of things do you guys play?

    Meditation can be great to relax and is great for your mental health so it is still a great inclusion on this list but if you're just still, it's not physical exercise. Great post though Ema, the colour and pictures make this post really interesting to read.
