Thanks for completing another SLJ activity, Flying Solo. How did you find this activity? How great is it that both of these aviators were women?! I'm really proud of this fact and especially proud that one of them is a New Zealander. When I was your age I really wanted to be a pilot - my friend's Dad had a flight simulator at their house and I used to play on it all the time and practice taking off and landing. It really isn't that easy and imagine the pressure of carrying passengers!
