I am a Year 7 student at Edmund Hillary School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 10 and my teacher is Peta. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first draft. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
So lovely to be commenting on your awesome blog posts again, I hope that you've had an excellent start to 2019. Well done for completing another Summer Learning Journey activity, 'Planes, Trains and Automobiles', I'm so happy to see that someone has picked a different option! Thanks for telling us that you'd like to take the helicopter across and through the Milford Sound and why you'd like to take this form of transport— being in a helicopter would be so amazing, you'd see some views that you definitely wouldn't get to in a boat or by foot. I personally would like to hike through the Milford Sound because it would be an exciting and challenging adventure. What do you think I'd have to take if I were travelling by foot?
Congratulations on completing another activity from the SLJ programme, I am really happy to say that you are doing a really awesome job. The work you have done is outstanding and I am really glad that you have participated in this years SLJ programme, excellent work Ema.
Helicopter: I think choosing to fly in a helicopter sounds super loud and would be crazy with all the wind and the yelling, which would be terribe. After reading your reasons about why you chose the helicopter was awesome. I think it would kind of be nice to be able to be in a high place and seeing all the awesome viwes from high and low. I think you have chosen the rightful one for you but for me I think I would go with the boat as it'll nice to see the fish and all the amazing views around us.
Overall amazing post, I really hope I get to see more fantastic posts soon. Keep it up and hopefully I come back with more blog posts on your amazing blog.
What would be your 2nd choice of a way to visit Milford Sound?
Kia Ora Ema,
