I am a Year 7 student at Edmund Hillary School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 10 and my teacher is Peta. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first draft. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
Well done for completing yet another Summer Learning Journey activity! I really like your presentation for this activity, well done. Don't forget to tell us where you got the image from and what the name of it is.
When you mention your favourite singers, who are you talking about? Do they live close to where the tree, Tāne Mahuta, is located? I'm pleased to hear that you would love to visit this tree, it truly is a spectacular sight and integral to Māori Mythology as Tāne Mahuta represents a Māori atua (God) who governs the forests and all that reside within it, including birds and different types of plants and trees.
